UV printing

 

Core principle:

During the printing process, special UV ink or varnish is transferred to the substrate and immediately irradiated with high-intensity UV lamps. Ultraviolet radiation triggers a chemical reaction in the photoinitiator in the ink, causing the ink to rapidly change from liquid to solid within a few seconds, completing the curing and drying process.
